We gather information from your customers by using professional high-tech customer satisfaction surveys. The reason many dealerships use a 3rd party is that we can get unbiased opinions. Many customers feel pressured when the dealership calls them back. But since we are not there to sell them anything, they will tell us exactly what it is going to take for them to buy from you or come back in for service. We collect this information and we immediately email you the survey so you will not lose the opportunity to the competition.

Lead Generation: We contact your customers that have not been in for any type of sales or service in the last 90 days to 3 years. We help you generate sales leads and we also help you bring back in service customers who have not been in for a while. During this process, we can also help you in updating the database that you currently have, which in turn can help with marketing.

Delivery Follow Up: We contact your customers after they have taken delivery of their new vehicle. We follow up to assure that they were completely satisfied with the buying experience that they had with your dealership. We encourage them to return the factory surveys with "Completely Satisfied" ratings. If they cannot return them with "Completely Satisfied" ratings, we will find out what you can do to make it right and give you immediate feedback, called "ACTION NEEDED!" This will allow you to remedy the situation, so that they can give you good ratings with the factory and also help you retain them as a future customer. This also allows you to see the salespeople that are not doing what they need to be doing and helps you counsel them or replace them if needed.

Prospect Follow Up: Many prospects feel pressured when the salesperson calls them back. But since we are not there to sell them anything, they will tell us exactly what it is going to take for them to buy from you. Our company averages about 20 - 25 "ACTION NEEDED!" prospects per hundred unsold prospects sent to us. These are prospects that are still in the market. They found a vehicle at your dealership and are ready to buy in the next 30 days or less. When we find an "ACTION NEEDED!" prospect, we immediately email you the interview so you will not lose the sale to the competition. We provide you with 100% accountability. We give you detailed reports about each prospect we have contacted. It is also a great management tool to help you evaluate your salespeople, and to track your advertising dollar.

Service Follow Up: As you know sometimes it takes many phone calls to reach 100 clients, and we have a call center who works 6 days a week, 2 shifts a day. We help to reduce your staff’s workload so they will be more productive, while at the same time enhancing your CSI. We give you 100% accountability for each service customer; help you identify positive or negative trends with a certain advisor or technician through our detailed reports. When warranty is up, find out why they haven’t returned; try to bring them back in with a service appointment.

T he way it works is––Our Agents find out how each of your customers felt about their recent service visit. After each customer is contacted, we fax out a Service Satisfaction Notice to you. If they are 100% satisfied, we encourage them to return the factory survey as "Completely Satisfied". But if they are not 100% satisfied, we find out why, and what will it take to make them satisfied. We call that an "ACTION NEEDED!" survey and make no mention of returning the written factory survey.

Appointment Setting: We are able to set appointments with any service that we are providing for you. We can bring service customers back in and old prospects that are ready to purchase again back to your dealership. You give us the days and times that are available and our Agents take care of the rest. We will immediately email you the interview "APPOINTMENT SET" with all the information provided to us to help you make that sale.

Voice Broadcasting: We are able to take a list of phone numbers that you provide to us and send out a Voice Message informing your customers of special events and promotions.
